IIIT Una Students Present 6 Research Papers at International Conference in Poland

Six undergraduate students from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Una presented six research papers at the useR!2026 international conference in Warsaw, Poland, held from July 6 to 9. The conference is a major annual global event for the R programming community. The students presented their work through virtual posters and oral presentations, covering topics such as sports analytics, socio-economic development, global stock markets, film recommendation systems, music trends, and prediction of Indian Premier League (IPL) match outcomes. They employed statistical analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. The students involved are Ayush Pundir, Prakhar Srivastava, Rituraj Singh, Shaurya Pratap Singh, and Shr. The institution plans to engage in academic partnerships following this achievement.
